Vincent
B. Waterhouse is the president and founder
of Automotive Aftermarket Consulting Group
(AACG) and The Waterhouse Group, Incorporated
(TWG), an automotive accounting company.
He has over twenty years of experience in the automotive aftermarket,
and has written five manuals on asset management for jobbers, dealers
and machine shops. In addition, he has written several magazine articles
and authored private label courses for NAPA and another well known national
chain. Waterhouse has attended numerous financial and management schools, and has conducted many profit management seminars and workshops sponsored and supported by several major parts manufacturers, WD chains, jobbers, dealers, and machine shops. He has conducted seminars nationwide from Boston, Massachusetts to Fairbanks, Alaska. |

He is a pioneer in his field, and as author of The Labor Factory©, The Three Mile Survey©, two sales courses targeted for jobber owners, store managers, and factory representatives, and a motivational course for repair shop employees, his workshops have revolutionized the way professional technicians interact with their parts suppliers. He is rated as an excellent instructor whose past personal experience helps attendees succeed at their businesses. A master motivator who is able to relate to his audience, he is a sought-after speaker at conventions and professional group meetings on topics such as sales, marketing, operations and finance. Prior to founding AACG in 1986, and The Waterhouse Group, Inc., in 1997, he held positions as Sales representative, Warehouse Manager, Operations Manager, Marketing Development Manager, General Manager, and Regional Manager, with profit and loss accountability, for NAPA, ITT Automotive Distributors Division, and CARQUEST. A veteran of the U.S. Navy, he holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of New Hampshire. In 1973, he cut short his pursuit of a law degree to work full time in the automotive field. Waterhouse
is a member of AWANE (Automotive Wholesalers of New England).
Beginning with year 2000 he has made an arrangement with NAPA to work
in the NAPA system on an exclusive basis. THE
